These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Get Tour Packages, LLC ("we", "us" or "our") and govern your use of our website, mobile applications and booking services (together, the "Services"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By making a booking you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Our Role
Get Tour Packages acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines and car rental companies). The supplier - not Get Tour Packages - is responsible for delivering the travel service to you. The supplier's own terms apply in addition to these Terms and will be presented before you complete a booking.
3. Bookings and Payment
- All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated and include applicable taxes and fees.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation with a booking reference.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount shown at checkout.
- We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
4. Changes and Cancellations
Change and cancellation rules vary by supplier and are clearly displayed before payment. Most bookings include a 24-hour free cancellation window. After this window, refunds are subject to the supplier's policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, vaccinations) for your trip. Get Tour Packages may provide guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any country.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
- Make speculative or duplicate bookings;
- Reproduce, scrape or commercially exploit our content without written permission;
- Interfere with the security or operation of our Services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Services - including text, images, logos and software - is owned by Get Tour Packages or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee that information from third-party suppliers is always free of errors. We are not liable for any loss arising from supplier-provided content beyond what is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Tour Packages's total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid us for the relevant booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where local consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on our Services.
